1. Searching and shortlisting candidates: At this first step we collect a pool of candidates and shortlist a pre-agreed number of companies for the next step. For shortlisting the criteria mutually agreed with client at kick-off meeting is used. In addition to visiting potential companies we can conduct industry interviews to uncover company backgrounds and market reputation.

2. Finalising partner selection with client: The aim of this second step is to finalise the partner selection and prepare things for successful commercial interaction. During this step we are visiting shortlisted companies together with client. We render our experience and information available for client to make the best possible selection.

3. Starting commercial interaction: During this last step we can help our client to star commercial interaction and begin to enjoy the returns on their investment. We are in a position to, for example, help with negotiations, provide legal advice and provide quality control, etc.
